I support my clients through a flexible, sustainable, and productive meal plan and behavior guide to exchange those lost hours of deciding with hours action and productivity.

By using updated and available technology, I understand the current physical state of my client, both in functionality and body mass distribution. Based on the gathered metrics and personal behaviors, I am able to design a program for my clients that will result in better health, performance, and an overall increased quality of life.

Through the programs I write my clients, their increase in muscle mass leads  to a balanced hormonal environment (elevated mood, increased energy, better sleep, less cravings), supporting metabolic health and reducing the risk of hormone-related disorders.

Anyone can get into the habit of working out for 1 hour a day, but to control what goes on your plate for the other 23 hours is true discipline. I write my clients fully flexible, sustainable, and personalized meal guides to not restrict their eating habits, but simplify them.

I parter with Nutrishop Knoxville to give my clients discounts on quality supplements to support their performance and health.

Discounts at specific local grocery stores 

I parter with Jesse's Butcher Shop in Knoxville, TN to give my clients access to 10% of their grass-fed steaks, ground beef, quality cheeses, pasture raised eggs and chicken, and other products.

24/7 access to a private fitness and nutrition coach

I understand that an effective coach's work must extend far beyond the 4 walls of a fitness facility. That is why I give my clients the ability to communicate with me as they do life outside of the gym (go on vacation, out to eat, etc) so they can best balance experiencing all the enjoyments of life, with sustaining a high quality of life.

FREE access to specific local fitness facilities (depending on the plan you settle on)

If you would like to start training with me, but do not already have a training facility that you attend, through Anytime fitness, I allow my clients to come on as members (24hr access) at all 3 local Knoxville locations for a $0 membership payment. All you pay for is the training!

I am a NASM certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer who has worked with clients ranging from the ages of 19 to 88. I have worked to bring vitality back to the tired and worn down, explosiveness to the athlete, and functionality to the elderly and weak. With each client coming from a different walk of life, my goal has been to make whatever program I write for them work for them-with their lifestyle, schedule, and preferences. In all scenarios, my promise to my client is this: By us working together, you will at least feel, move, and do life better than when you first started.
